Permitted Use: You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use CubicYardKit for personal planning, residential DIY project estimation, commercial construction estimating, and contractor material takeoff preparation. You may print and export CSV bills of materials for your clients and suppliers.

- Scrape, crawl, harvest, or systematically download our calculation databases, codebases, or content via automated bots without prior written authorization.
- Frame, mirror, or republish the calculation engines or interactive widgets within an external frame without attribution and consent.
